Three Weeks
Our 3-Week Board & Train Program is designed for owners who want a well-mannered, confident dog they can enjoy both at home and in public. Your dog will receive daily, structured training covering sit, down, place, stay, heel, recall, loose leash walking, and proper household manners. We don't just train in one location—we take your dog into real-world environments throughout San Antonio, exposing them to people, dogs, traffic, parks, and pet-friendly stores to build confidence and neutrality around everyday distractions.
Training doesn't end with your dog. You'll receive weekly private lessons so you learn exactly how to communicate with your dog and maintain the training at home. Our goal isn't just to train your dog—it's to build a team that understands each other.
This program includes a professional remote collar, leash, weekly progress updates, and lifetime support after graduation. If you're looking for a dog that listens, walks politely, and can confidently accompany you through everyday life, this program provides the foundation for years of success.
Four Weeks
Our 4-Week Elite Board & Train Program is our most comprehensive obedience and behavior transformation package. Everything included in our 3-week program is taken to the next level with additional time dedicated to advanced reliability, off-leash obedience, behavior modification, impulse control, and proofing commands under heavy distractions.
This program is ideal for dogs struggling with reactivity, excessive excitement, poor manners, lack of confidence, or owners who simply want the highest level of obedience possible. We spend an additional week reinforcing every command in challenging real-world environments, ensuring your dog responds consistently—not just when it's easy, but when it matters most.
You'll participate in weekly one-on-one lessons throughout the program so you're learning alongside your dog. By graduation, you'll have the confidence and knowledge to continue the training long after your dog returns home. Our mission is to create a dog that is reliable in everyday life while building an owner who understands how to lead with clarity and confidence.

Private Lessons
If you want to train your dog yourself but would like professional guidance to stay on the right path, Stellen Canine Academy can help. We offer weekly lessons that equip you with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to reach your training goals effectively.

Going on vacation, leaving for work, or just need a weekend getaway? Stellen Canine Academy offers safe, comfortable boarding for your dog in our home, where they’ll be cared for and spoiled like family. For clients interested in more than just care, our Board & Maintenance option keeps your dog mentally engaged with structured training exercises and, if requested, supervised field trips.
